Shipping Information
After the order is place, we gaurantee to delivery the product within one week, while we have the stock in hand.

For International Orders
We have 3 way of shipping method :
1) By Hong Kong Registered Air Mail
For orders of small packing and weight under 2kg. The shipment options are available when you checkout from our shopping cart, and the shipping charges will be calculated (based on weight of your order) and displayed accordingly.

2) By Hong Kong Air Mail

3) By Hong Kong EMS-Speedpost service

Hong Kong Regular Mail and Hong Kong Air Mail will takes : 7-14 working days arrive

Hong Kong EMS-Speedpost serivce will takes : 3-7 working days arrive

Returns Policy

Defective items
All defective items MUST be returned to us within 7 days.

Restocking fee
All returns to RCeasyshop are subject to a 20% restocking fee. If you are not certain about the use of an item, please contact either the manufacturer or RCeasyshop before you place an order.

Sale items
Sale items are not returnable. Also, any item sold for less than the retail price is not returnable.

Include receipt
All returns or exchanges must include proof of purchase.

No exchange or return
Only un-opened parts can be exchanged or returned within 14 days of the purchase. There will be no return on any electrical item (anything that contains any type of wire or battery)

Claims must be prompt
Inspect your merchandise immediatly upon recipt. Notify us of any shortages or discrepancies in your order within 2 working days of receipt. No claims after that.

Shipping fees are not refundable
Shipping fees are not refundable, partial or otherwise.
